Another public complaint — this one about Infosec Institute’s Intense School MCSA/MCSE boot camp. The reviewer reports that only one exam was passed out of the 44 the class should have taken, and describes a training operation that felt more like a sales pipeline than an education. INFOSEC Institute is nothing more than a sales company with the most pathetic training and professionalism I have ever been a part of any in business setting. USE CAUTION. I took there MCSA 3 weeks ago and they got nothing right at all with the whole process. 1 person passed 1 test out of the total 44 tests that should of have taken. After they take your money you will not hear form them again.
Here I list of problms with the class:
Unfortunately, our entire class failed the 70-410 exam yesterday afternoon/evening. The class has not followed the class syllabus or schedule as advertised. Also, the 90% pass rate is obviously out of the question at this point. The laptops provided do not meet the Microsoft minimum spec, are unusable for the labs (of which we are doing NONE), the class room projector has proved to be nothing more than a distraction in the class as nothing on the instructors screen displays with clarity on the class screen. Our books for training from SKILLPIPE were not provided to us until the later part of Monday, the VCE simulator is a bootleg copy to which we have had many issues, the exam test base is from a 3rd party (ensurepass.com) that had 434 questions (70-410) for review and if you go on ensurepass.com website they no longer even offer the Microsoft training materials. Many in the class are not even paying attention to the class at all and have just been doing practice exams all day yesterday to prepare for the 70-410. This has been a very disappointing experience. I don’t feel that it is preparing me what so ever to pass the Microsoft MCSA / MCSE exams. On Monday evening I stayed up until 1AM and on Tuesday until 2AM studying the exam questions. This failure is obviously not due to my lack of effort in the equation. We have been given 340 test exam questions for the 70-411 test that are from the same source. I do not trust in them or in the ability of the instructor / InfosecInstitute-IntenseSchool to be able to prepare me to pass the exams moving forward.
I am so pissed about the whole process I am happy to talk to anyone before you give them your money.

Same story, different certification: an advertised 90% pass rate that collapses in the actual classroom, third-party dumped questions instead of real courseware, and a company that goes quiet once the payment clears. When the same failures show up across CISSP, CEH, and MCSA boot camps, it stops looking like bad luck and starts looking like the business model.
