I was emailed this from a person on reddit last night:
I was promised a free exam voucher and retake, but Infosec made it nearly impossible to use. They refused to give me the voucher until I scored 90% or higher on their practice test. Once I finally hit that score, they took about 30 days to send the voucher, which left me with barely any time before their 90-day deadline to take the real exam. Because of the delay, I missed the window for the “free retake” they advertised. The whole process felt like it was set up to avoid honoring what they promised.
