Looks like they’re at it again. Someone sent me this from Trustpilot. I had almost the exact same experience, and now another customer is reporting the same type of treatment. This customer was simply trying to help a teammate get their promised exam voucher. Instead, they say they got rudeness, dismissiveness, and even insults from the customer service rep. When they asked to speak with a manager, the call was abruptly disconnected.
This is exactly what happened to me. I’m sharing this review here so people can see it’s part of a pattern, not an isolated incident.

What does the other Trustpilot review say?
Infosec’s Trustpilot profile has just two reviews, both one star. It showed a TrustScore of 2.9 when checked on October 7, 2026. The second review was posted July 21, 2025, about a June 17, 2025 experience. It is also about a CISSP voucher. The reviewer criticizes the instruction and pacing. They say support gave inconsistent answers about the promised voucher and then stopped responding. They say they contacted ISC2 themselves. They write that ISC2 told them “InfoSec was not an authorized reseller for that voucher.”
That last point is the reviewer’s account of what ISC2 told them. ISC2 hasn’t said it to me, and two reviews can’t tell you how common this is. But both reviews describe the same thing going wrong with the voucher, weeks apart. That’s also why I tell people to check ISC2’s own list of official training partners before buying.
