Looks like they’re at it again. Someone sent me this from Trustpilot. I had almost the exact same experience, and now here’s another customer reporting the same type of treatment. In this case, they were simply trying to help a teammate get their promised exam voucher, but instead got rudeness, dismissiveness, and even insults from the customer service rep. When they asked to speak with a manager, the call was abruptly disconnected.
This is exactly what happened to me, and it’s why I’m sharing this review here so people can see it’s not an isolated incident, but part of a pattern.
